Brian (the viper/corvet guy with a mp45 track miata) doesn't surf dfwmiata but he has a walk in gun closet, i mean when the zombie apocalypse hits i'm going to his place before heading out of town. i'll link him over and see.
I know we have a lot of firearm nuts on here...lol
Was curious if someone might have a pistol they might want to sell,...it's for the wife but she can shoot just about anything.
If you have one too many shoot me a PM and let me know whatcha got and whatcha want for it.

I have a constitutional right to have guns, so yeah.
But the gun is for my wife as stated in the original message.

Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...
Something like this might prevent repeat offenders.

I know that this will seem like heresy to some of you but the gun show scene is not what it used to be. For the most part all the vendors are regular dealers who are picking up a few extra customers while trying to unload their inventory that is not moving. For the last several years all my wheeling and dealing has been online at http://www.gunbroker.com/
Sure there are a lot of dealers on this site so you can pick up new items at bargain prices (and no sales tax) but there are also a lot of individuals selling used guns at great prices. REMEMBER the gun must be sent to a FFL holder and transfered to you. You can find a dealer in your area that will accept the gun and do the transfer for a nominal fee, usually around $25.00. This site has really taken off since ebay got out of the gun business.

^^ There may not be quite as many private sellers but there are still excellent deals to be found at the local DFW shows. Plus, it's less hassle to just drive over to the show and buy a gun after being able to handle it, check out the condition, and haggle over the price... I don't trust much of anything I buy online unless it's brand spanking new.

+1 for gunbroker. I have a buddy I go shooting with who gets all his guns through that service. He's very happy. I'll be using them when the time comes.
