Nice, but not as big of a change form the 350 as the camo pics seemed to imply. Too bad.

Looking pretty much like what everyone has been expecting for months now, the 2010 Nissan 370Z dropped this morning. The company hasn't released any details, although from the new nomenclature we can surmise that the sports car contains the new 3.7L V6 as used in the Infiniti G37. The new Z goes on sale early in 2009, and we'll see it live at the LA Auto Show in a few weeks.

ALL-NEW 2009 NISSAN 370Z COUPE READIES FOR DEBUT
Nissan offers the first look at the upcoming 2009 370Z Coupe, which makes its world debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 19th. The all-new 2009 Nissan 370Z, the first full redesign of the iconic Nissan Z since its reintroduction as a 2003 model, solidifies the strengths of its predecessor with an unmatched balance of performance, style and value. The all-new Z will go on sale at Nissan dealers in early 2009.
Looks good to me! Dunno about the "Z" wheel spokes, though.

Very Porsche-esque. I like it.
What's up with the fenders/quarter panels jutting into the headlight and taillights? Also the interior is pretty nice except I don't understand why Nissan insists on putting living room furniture looking seats in their cars.

That interior is silky sweet! Those speakers or vents in front of the door handles?
Looks like one of those orange fish the Japenese love so much. Koi?

I like it. Looks smaller. Hope it is lighter.

I like the interior...that's about it.
Wealth, power, and experience are apparently not enough to save us from social influences. Groupthink, as described by I.L.Janis, is the tendency for group members to reach a consensus opinion, even if that decision is downright stupid (Janis 1982).
The fender/quarters are something nissan is trying to use as a trademark on all their new cars, if I read the writeup right. I think it still looks good. But I'll have to wait to see one in person since I've always been a Z car fan and have owned the originals.

After looking at the pics more, you can see more of the shape and size of the old 70s Z in this one. The shorter rear overhang and longer front nose, plus the side windows look like the old ones too. I may have to start saving my pennies.

I am never a big fan of the new Z. I felt like I was sitting in a bath tube!

I like it... more so than the current 350Z. The interior is really nice and I love those wheels!
But... I saw a super-nice 240Z on the road yesterday that reminded me what a damn-near perfect shape that was. Come to think of it, the 90+ 300Z was also pretty dang gorgeous... hmmmmm.
