Default new and thought i'd introduce myself

Hi, I am new to the DFW area and am glad that there is a miata community. I moved a while ago from California and DSM's there was a great group there too.

So, on to the story. Recently bought a 1990 miata and am going turbo, however this will be my first turbo miata. I have all the parts I think I need but would like some help installing everything. If anyone is able to give me a hand I'd appreciate it very much and can provide all the beverages and food we'll need, or if you know of a quality shop that can do it please let me know I live in an apartment complex so working on it will be a PITA but i have stands and (air) tools. PM for info or respond to the thread and i'll get back to you.

Thanks for reading can't wait to meet some of you,
    James

Welcome, if you fill in your details on where you are, some of us might be able to help with the install or even host a tech day for the install

Updated Thanks for the heads up and the welcomes. I'm in Plano, I'm all for either help or tech day that way I don't feel worthless getting help :). I used to work as a service writer and have worked on cars for a few years just never done a turbo install. I'm still waiting on paperwork for the car but can meet somewhere close very interested in getting a ride in a turbo miata. I will only provide gas though as I don't smoke grass and rarely put out :)

I have a Mazdaspeed Miata, that is factory turbo'd and then put on crack by the local supplier www.trackdogracing.com. I am in Carrollton, but we meet in or near Plano every Wednesday night, just check the board for location and you are more than welcome to ride in the car and see what you think. THere are a few turbo'd miatas on the board as well as some supercharged ones
