Right now I'd settle for a car wash. My car looks like I've driven to the north pole and back. It's never, ever been this filthy!

For the economy to pick up, so that my business can pick up, so that I can buy something for Christmas NEXT year.

I have or just go buy what every I want within reason. But more businnes would be good.
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...

That's why you should ask for a beater to drive in bad weather. I haven't washed the Elise in a month and it's squeaky clean. Just a quick dust off and some quick detailer between drives.

I'm not asking for much, pretty happy with what I have.

Question is: Which welder are you getting?

I'm giving myself a welder for Christmas...

I specifically asked for a cheap one to get me by until I have learned enough to know what I want long term. She got me a reconditioned HF 110 amp 220v unit which is perfect. It has gotten good reviews (for the price) from the Locost forum guys. I think that long term I would love to get one of the Miller units that can do MIG and TIG and can accept 110 or 220v, but there was no way I was going to spend that kind of coin when I haven't even started my class.

But it wasn't supposed to be a Christmas present... I blame slow shipping channels...

Sadly, Christmas won't come until I get to ride it sometime next year... (not counting the semi-suicidal spin it'll get around the 'hood tomorrow evening most likely *after* I've had a few drinks)

Fancy. Are there any good local places to buy a bicycle? GF is thinking about getting into riding. I have an old GT aluminum frame mountain bike I need to have sent back from CA as well.
