Wife got those last time, very tasty. I've never had a hot pot (I need a guide). Volunteers?
I'm not a big fan of Campisi's either. But I'm not a big fan of chicago style pizza "bread" either (if it takes an hour to bake, I'm not interested).I'm sorry but I just don't understand Texas and it's like of thin crust pizza. Everyone I work with just loves Campisi's and I just don't get it. It is crap to me.
Burgers - Bj Keefers (909 West Magnolia Avenue)in FTW, Jakes in Plano(Parker west of 75)
BBQ - Angelo's (2533 White Settlement Rd) or Cousin's(6262 Mccart Ave). Angelo's has better ribs, but I like the brisket better at Cousins

For Burger in FTW try Kinkaids on Camp Bowie, just west of i-30
or
northeast corner of NW loop 820 and Navajo there is a gas station that has some of the best burgers ever.
Ma and Pa place, Ginger Browns in Lake Worth.
Cold beer, Angelo's or Joe's Pizza and Pasta at 199 and Confederate Park.
BBQ Danny D's in Hurst, on Bedford Euless Road, just east of Precinct Line Road.
Steak, my house, I've yet to eat a better steak anywhere else.
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...
Anywhere in Garland![]()
I hear they all give away free crack with every order
Rise N Shine in DWG for great breakfasts. Angelo's in Arlington for great cheap Italian. My house for everything - my bride is a great cook.

Italian, Two Guys at Forest and Webbs Chappel...
Burger house for fries...
Fish on Fire for gumbo, Preston and Beltline
Wow... I haven't been to Two Guys in forever! Is it still as good as it ever was?
The Burger House chili burger goes well with the fries. I can also recommend the Hole in the Wall burger over on Harry Hines.
Haven't been to Fish on Fire... which corner is it on? I've always been a sucker for Nate's gumbo too.

Roger Moore: the Danny White of James Bonds
Breakfast:Jay's Diner in Addison - open 24/7 on Midway just South of Beltline. Have the best giant waffles!
Mexican: Primo's Bar & Grill in Dallas - off McKinney Ave, their pork fajitas are the best ever and a single order can usually feed 2 hungry guys and the salsa is great too! Margarita Tuesdays also.
Seafood: Fishmonger's in Plano - right off 75 and Park, amazing seafood that is all I can say!
Pete's Dancing Marlin at end of Deep Ellum (I think Angry Dog is right next door) - renowned tuna steaks and great pastas, also a decent beer selection.
Rockfish is actually very good as well; been there a lot lately.
Dody's Seafood in Rowlett/Rockwall at the Harbour off the lake - good cajun seafood type, fried catfish, etc. If you like oysters (I hate'em!) their grilled oysters are apparently the best ever so my friends say!
I love Italian but just don't know of any really good Italian places anymore. Johny Carino's was very good the few times I've been...
Beer: The Flyin Saucer in Addison - largest beer selection in Dallas, and the food is very good as well.
The Ginger Man Pub in Uptown off McKinney & Bolle st - similar to Flyin Saucer, lots of great specialty beers. Looks like old wood cabin and has nice outside area and upstairs balcony
90 MX5 281k miles! - euro spec, Porsche Riviera Blue w/black hardtop, 97 motor swap, vintage Borbet rims, GC, FM shock hats/frame rails/rear sub-brace, AGX, sway bar, stb, Fidanza/ACT combo, EBC Yellows
92 COMMA SM - new paint coming soon...
Ah, yes... J's is the shit. I've spent a few late nights there (after my last Steve Miller concert, for instance).
Dodi's is also one of my faves - don't forget about the one down on low, low Greenville. The Crabcakes and the cole slaw are just crazy good.
Johnny Carino's is my guilty pleasure for Italian chain joints - love the angel hair with artichokes and chicken.
Beer? You say beer? Those are both good places to beer out...

Italian: The Italian's who built our automated packaging equipment always make a point to go to Arcodoro and Pomodora. I have never been, but intend on going one of these days.

Villas Grill in old downtown Irving. It's a Brazilian style hole in the wall where for $10 lunch buffet they bring skewer after skewer of various meats to your table fresh off the grill, as much as you can eat.
