Don't know what your question about TPMS is, but many people can't stand the light, so they install all 4 TPMS sensors in the spare (drill extra holes), or they create a 4" PVC "bomb" with the sensors installed on to it, then fill it with air.
You should have no problems with regular valve stems. I switched my TPMS from the stock steelies on my Yaris over to aftermarket wheels, then put rubber stems on the stock wheels, and have had no problems on either.
