There is a big difference between a track specific R compound and an autocross specific R compound. Especially at the bus lot, where it is harder to get heat in the tires. Not that I would expect someone who has never driven on R compounds to fully understand this.
Not that it really matters. Even if I had autocross specific R comps for my car, I'd still rather drive Mark52's car. It's a riot!
