Everyone I have known that has had flush mounts has sold them because they were disappointed in the the light pattern. IIRC, Dirftdevil had a set at one point that was owned by more than one board member.
I know that the chances of anyone looking to sell some of these are slim but I wanted to post this because I missed out on some that Juxt3r sold a while back because he only posted them on CR.net and I wasn't checking there at the time. Please PM me if you have any you'd like to sell.

+1...
If you want good light, go with E-Codes or the lo-pros like BR has.

I had the Driftdevil ones on my 95M for a little while and I had no problems with the light output. The 90mm Hella projectors are fantastic and are used in all the low pro pop ups, I couldn't see any big dark gap directly in front of the car like they weren't clearing the bumper as they should. Even if there was a problem I have pretty bright fogs that can fill in the gap if need be. I'm set on the AAC mainly for the weight reduction, if I'm gonna spend money to get projectors I'd much rather get better light and lose the weight as a bonus and I really liked the look of them too. I had to return them though because I couldn't get one of them to work reliably for whatever reason, guess it was a good thing though because they would just have gotten smashed a few months down the line.
I guess I don't really mind if this turns into a discussion about the pros/cons of the AAC lights just so long as any potential sellers know that I am an interested buyer regardless of whatever opinions people express about them here, I have know what they are and the pros/cons that come with them and I want them.

I had the AAC kit on my red 96 for some time. They were shit. They don't even come close to the Moss low pros in any way, which is sad considering that both kits use the Hella H9 lights.
Catch a Moss sale so you can make better use of your money in every way.
Don’t post on here much, but I read a lot.
I picked up the AAC’s that Jux was selling. Overall I’m pretty happy with the way they turned out. The install took longer than I expected, mainly because I had to stop following the instructions to make it work properly. When I was installing them I spent a lot of time bending and adjusting the bracket so that the lights were properly centered and aimed. More importantly though I added a little over an inch of shim to raise the entire bracket up. Once the bracket was raised I didn’t have a problem adjusting the pattern. Some light does still reflect off the cf, but not nearly as much as when they were mounted flush on the headlight bracket studs. The only complaint I have is that condensation likes to form on the inside of the lexan covers. To solve that, I think I just need to pick up some RainX and coat them. I’ll probably make a few small adjustments when the covers are off too. Definitely not a bolt on zero mod project, the only easy part was wiring it up with the premade harness.

I was thinking about putting HID's into the projectors.
About the weather stripping, are you talking about placing it on the leading edge of the lexan to seal it better?
Yeah it helps quit a bit.
