The fact that there are still 20 dealers in the DFW area after axing 9 of them is a touch telling as to a root of the problem isn't it?

Don't forget they also have a Chevrolet dealership there, so unless they get dumped by GM as well, they should survive... Never understood why they got a Chrysler/Jeep dealership when McKinney Dodge was just down the street.

I'm saddened that they didn't pull the plug on Bonham Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Eagle/Hyundai/Kia... really didn't like that place.

They were really good in the late 90s... then they sold out to some asshole and it's been downhill ever since.

I bought my truck (from Hoyte Dodge in Sherman) in 1999 and after my visit to Bonham Dodge, I actually wrote a letter to the owner and called him every name I could think of... it was a really bad experience and to this day strongly suggest anyone that will listen to me to not go there. Thankfullly Hoyte turned out to be a really nice place to buy a truck...

Two things...1) said they wouldn't give me a final price on a vehicle I wanted to order until I gave them a $1500 non-refundable deposit... (screw THAT!) 2) when I was looking over their pricing, I noticed that what they had put in the "sales tax" field was too high, when I questioned it, they tried to ditch the question. After a bit of pressing, I found out that they had added $126 to the sales tax to cover the cost of the little "security device" they seemed to have added to all of their trucks (that a 2 year old could bypass) that I had said I wouldn't pay for nor wanted. So instead of removing it, they just tried to hide the cost of it back in hoping I wouldn't notice.
