Welcome Booger!
Howdy, all.
Another new member. I bought my 1990 B-package last August as a sort of stop-gap replacement for my stolen Integra. I'd loved that car for every second of the 12 years I owned it, but the insurance cheque wouldn't cover the cost of another one in anywhere near the shape mine had been in. Since I've always had a thing for Miatas (and no longer have to lug around a Marshall half-stack on a regular basis), I figured now would be the time to get one.
I still have mixed feelings about the Miata. It can be a fun car to drive (would be better if the stock spring rates weren't so soft), but it hasn't been as bulletproof as my Integra was. It's been sitting for the last three weeks or so waiting for the clutch to be replaced, which is pretty lame considering it's my only car.
Then again, the little car is growing on me, and I'm looking forward to getting the Maruha flywheel in with the new clutch (my first mod for this car). I plan on making more improvements in the near future, now that I've decided to keep the car for a while. Might as well, 'cause as long as I live within 100 miles of DFW, another Honda product is out of the question.
When I get it back on the road, I'll have to see about hitting Keller's sometime. I do enjoy a good cheeseburger.
Oh, well I've got two sevens, and two sevens beats a frush.

Howdy, and welcome.
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

Welcome, invest in the miata enthusiats manual. It is worth while and you will get to know the car very well.
