well I have wanted a miata for about 6 years but everyone keeps telling me I am to small.
well I had a 2003 civic with 106k miles I just sold and it had really nice rims I removed.
I searched around for a bit and found a 99 miata with 62k miles loaded all it needs is a new top.( help recommend a top and tell me a cheap installer locally)
I ended up paying 6200 from a guy who had 2 identical miatas and sold the one with higher mileage.. heres the pics
I went from this
to this
and about 5 minutes after I got it home this
215/45/17 tenzo rs5 wheels with kumho tires
I love the car everything about it... its 100 percent factory all around with the bose
I just need a new top so help me out if you can please

looks like a good deal man! I would think if you ordered a robins soft top and got a few mechanically inclined people together you would be able to knock it out in a few hours. I have swapped in a new top that was already installed on a frame and it was super easy but not too sure how hard it is to put a new top on a frame.
I was thinking a robbins top but do I want canvas or viynl?
I want a 1 piece glass window for sure with defrost
and a new rain rail
not sure which one will last longer but i have always enjoyed the canvas top. makes the car look and feel like a more expensive car.
Welcome aboard. Congrats on the purchase.
