Easy. Have some unknown person cobble together something that resembles a car. Then try to pass it off at an auction where there can't be any retribution for poor design, workmanship, parts, etc. A 10' pole wouldn't be anywhere near long enough.
Plus the fact that someone spent a lot of time working on this jalopy to get it looking like it does, only to give up and give it to Texans Can Academy for donation.
