Thread: Tech Day

    Default Tech Day

As most of you know I a working on my Brother-In-Laws '92 B&T. I was hoping to get a little help either Sat. after 5pm or Sunday with shocks, diff fluid change, brake pads and flush, and valve cover gasket & CAS ring. Anyone is welcome to stop by and help/laugh. The only tools I need are Spring compressors, and a 23mm socket.

I will leave it up to the majority of responses to decide on time, but will probably be working on the car at both times. PM for address if you need.

    Vatozone for spring compressors.

I might have a 23mm socket. Let me check with She Who Must Be Obeyed, but I could probably come by to help on Sunday.

If I stop by on Saturday, it will be after dark for sure. I'm in for anytime Sunday.

I can provide spring compressors, but I'll need to check for the appropriate socket.

I know that spring compressors from autozone are a free rental, but harbor freight has them for $10...

+1 ... I have had folding cupholders in all my Miatae. Work great and don't get in the way.

With a lot of sweat and help from Nexus Flux, Juxt3r, and John Wags, the new Konis are in, brakes done, valve cover gasket and CAS O ring and Diff fluid changed. Thanks to the guys for all the hard work.

Once I bed the brakes and get the Konis a few days to settle, I will let you know what I think.
