Default Timiming belt swap: what else should I do at the same time?

We're replacing the timing belt and water pump in my '91 tomorrow. What else should I do at the same time? I think I'll try to pick up some transmission and diff fluid after work. Where is a good place to pick those up? It seems like most people suggest Redline fluids right?

Is there a local place to pick up heater hoses?

It would be a good time to swap out the CAS O-ring. Very easy with the valve cover off. Be sure you have some RTV sealant to put in the 'corners' when you replace the valve cover gasket.

Good to know. Can I pick up a CAS O-ring locally...

    Yes.

Depending on miles you might consider new idler pulleys but they're pricey. Also, change out the cam and front crank seals. Valve cover gasket is another ideal replacement as well as all the heater hoses including the small ones to the oil cooler.
    ...and across the line.
