Pretty much. The shock value just didn't really work as I suspect was originally intended by whoever produced this. Should've used cartoon sound effects made famous by Wile E. Coyote.
I thought it was interesting that it noted it was for in cinema use... I'd be surprised if a cinema network would run this for every long considering it's pretty graphic for a so-called PSA. That said, I thought it was cool looking. I ignored the message, and concentrated on the work. For that, it's pretty cool and mildly entertaining. I'll forget about it in 20 seconds.
