    I'm a new member for the Oklahoma City area. I own a 2001 Miata SE and belong to the Central Oklahoma Miata Club.

    Welcome fellow Okie! I graduated from UCO many years ago when it was CSU. I will be in Edmond this weekend. Unfortunately, I will be driving a giant Chevy conversion van.

    Thanks for the welcome. Do you need a hardtop for your Miata? I'm selling one with a stand and cover. Since you will be in Edmond it would be easy to pick up. Just a thought. Pictures on the OKC Craigslist.

    I was an aerospace electronic engineer but in my younger days I also restored 50s & 60s Fords as a hobby. I was noted for my 57 Thunderbird restoration. That car won many Best of Show awards and many first place trophies. Anyway, I got the Tbirdtony name from that restoration and have kept it through the years. List of restored Fords and other cars:

    1963 Falcon Sport Futura Convertible
    1965 Mustang Hardtop
    1965 Mustang Fastback
    1966 Mustang Hardtop

    After my heart surgery I gave up restoring old cars. I joined the Central Oklahoma Miata Club and enjoy driving my 2001 Miata SE and keeping it polished.
