Good for him. He's definitely parlayed his fame into something bigger. It'll be interesting to see if an American can be competitive in WRC.

Yeah, he can surely drive, but can he drive on a little bitty road he's barely seen. I hope so.

Loeb may school him at WRC.
Plus a Ford... Surprised he couldn't convince Subaru to get back into WRC.
maybe he will make euro fords cool enough to come to America and then ford could make some money selling non shitty cars.
Hirvonen came real close in a Ford this past season. He just sucks on tarmac. Hmm… if Ford is helping Block put a team together that ought to give them a better shot at the manufacturer’s title next year.
Maybe Ford finally realized why Subaru became hip among young enthusiasts in the US. Hook up with Block, gain some US exposure in the WRC, maybe bring the next gen Focus RS to the states, and work on making the brand palatable to younger generations? Become the only domestic company that the Forza generation cares about? Can Ford be smart enough to do that?
More importantly, now that the Mustang GT has moved up to 400 hp will Ford’s US marketing team finally make room for a performance car slotted “below” the Mustang that’s relevant to today’s younger drivers brought up on Hondas and Mazdas?

Focus RS is pretty cool. Can't believe that guy is 42, I would've guessed 32.
