    Default Need a plumber

I have a circulating hot water system. It has (2) 50 gal tanks in series with a pump circulating the water through the house. The pressure keeps hitting 150+ and the relief valve keep opening giving me a constant leak outside the house. I have replaced both valves. I have an expansion tank. The pressure coming in from the street is 60 psi.

    Any good plumbers?

I've used a gentelman named Don Heetderks. He is an older (retired?) guy who is fantastic in my opinion. I called and left him a message when my toilet was messed up and he called back that afternoon and offered to come by that night when i got off work. Was very inexpensive too. 972-495-5896

    Thanks for the recommendation.

I have a leaking gas line at my fireplace valve.

Fireplace/Chimney Company told me to call a plumber... they only handle the pipe inside the fireplace.

What a coincidence. I was across the street today at mom's trying to figure out a solution to the same problem with her fireplace. The gas line corroded and snapped off down inside the firebrick. Looks like an ugly job.

    No kidding. Weird.

Yeah its down in the brick hearth.

At least its not leaking unless the gas is turned on.

Are you going to hire a plumber?
