Next week end (12th and 13th being the best) is the best time for the Messier Marathon. THis year I'm attempting to compete all 110 objects. I do have a dark sky and a simi good view of the horizons. I have a 10" Meade telescope that is computer driven. The sun sets at 6:35, so I'll be getting started about 5:30 setting up the telescope. If you want to join me for the tour of the deep sky objects let me know.
Here is a link to what its all about: http://www.richardbell.net/marathon.html

Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...
