Thread: "Sub Class" clarification

    Default "Sub Class" clarification

I'm talking about the classes such as "Tire" and "Novice" class. If you entere these classes do you only race against someone else in the tire or novice class no matter how your car is classed?? Such as if I'm in STS with my Miata and run as a Novice am I competeting aginst Novice entries only or am I competing against the STS AND Novice class??

The whole "pax" thing confuses me overall. Not that that's hard to do lol.

    Thanks,
    Josh

You'd run against the Novice class drivers only. Several classes will be lumped in and their respective PAX's will determine run times (That's how Tire class works as well).

If your real time was 60 seconds, your STS PAX'd time would be (60 * .826 = 49.56)

    PS
    You'd run as NSTS

BTW, there is no TSTS class since STS is already on street tires. You would have to run in TCSP if you wanted to run in a Tire class.
