Yes the ABS hubs are different. I have a non ABS hub with less than 1000 miles (long story) if you want it. $20?
My passenger side front wheel bearings are headed to a better place. I got a little play in the old wheel bearing assemby.......
So where can one find a TCB (Team Cheap Bastard) front hub?
Also on the cool ABS type cars isn't the sensor ring part of the front hub??

You can remove it but from what I've heard it's VERY hard. Interestingly enough the ABS hub is cheaper than the non ABS hub for some unknown reason. Go to www.rockauto.com for a timken replacement hub that is right at 100 dollars.
That same hub at Autozone or Orilieys is 173 dollars. Autozone carries a Duralast model for 90 dollars but that's for a non ABS car didn't check on the ABS model.
If you want to go used contact www.partsgroup.com for a used replacement but if it were me I'd go ahead and just get a new one.
here you go from the Rock Auto website. Sorry can't provide a direct link. IIRC their parts catalog is flash based.

Don't order it yet... I have a rockauto discount code somewhere... let me find it!
Found it:
Rockauto.com
Discount Code: 69374A5972E1
Enter this code in the ‘How Did You Hear about Us’ box to receive discount.
Expires: 5/04/2010
I believe it is good for 5% off.
For future reference, you can usually Google "rockauto discount code" and come up with a valid one in just a few clicks...Just in case you need something and don't know anyone with a code.
Sweet!
I would have contacted Jim at East Street 800-700-9080
I got mine there and I recall spending about $180 for all four wheel (Rears came pre-pressed into the spindles)
Blah blah blah!
It's usually a pretty short wait unless they have to drop ship from the manufacture. The longest I've ever waited for a part from them is 5 days IIRC. I love using them over Autozone. There's only one person at the autozone I trust. The O'Rileys down the road is a bit better seems more of their guys are car nuts and not just keyboard jockeys.

Lookin good, except for the rusty rotor! I would have cleaned them up and shot a little high-heat silver on them - wait, you're just doing the one side aren't you? Never mind.
It's hard for me to see in those pics but did you stake the nut back in place after you re-installed it?
