really you would only need one half-shaft. The passenger side is Ok; but the drivers side is different.

I have the diff, half-shafts and drive shaft. I have to replace the half shafts due to the Torsen using one piece units while my little VLSD uses two piece. Should be a good time!
Anyone want to buy a complete 1.6 VLSD swap?

Yeah, remember that took longer than swapping the diff? The half-shafts had liberal amounts of anti-seize applied when I swapped hubs/spindles 2 months ago, so those should separate easily also.Plus, we've already cut off all the offending exhaust bolts, right? Those should just spin right off now!

The one thing that I'd be most conserned with is getting the half-shafts out from the bearings. Do you have a press?

I shouldn't need a press. The hubs/spindles were replaced 2 months ago and I used a LOT of anti-seize on the splines of the half-shafts. I should be able to reverse the axle nut and whack it with a mallet or hammer and pop the half-shaft out of the hub.
