The Evo terminally understeers if you don't plan ahead at TMS.
The one time I felt really good at TMS I was actually turning what felt like eons before the turn and felt kinda like I was in a controlled slide the entire time.
I always had issues with grip at TMS in the Yaris, even w/ coilovers, major camber and new XS's. I had no issues with the NC (comparatively), so I kinda suspect that the TMS surface favors RWD. Since the fronts have to do double-duty on FWD, the smooth tarmac might just not be enough to hold them.

Is there an ETA on the results being put up? I've got to get something in to Mazda before the end of the month.

M3 is always the answer.
Absolutely... If you are at Mineral Wells and you encounter a lot of debris/clag/gravel the same thing. I think that drivers tend to overdrive the surface a bit at TMS... it looks like it should be REALLY grippy, but it just never has been, so slow in, being precise when turning in for and exiting corners is key.
