    Default New year... new car...

    I just wanted to introduce my new car... my 2004 MSM in red :) I traded in my white LS on New Years day. I thought I would "boost" my new year a bit...

    Although they all look the same, here she is...

    Yep, bought it from Hiley, the biggest listake ever. We have purchased our last 2 vehicles from Freeman and I regret not getting this one from them... its only because they were closed on New Years day and I was going for the rebates off my xplan price... Anyway... I am still up in the air on what I am going to do with Hiley. Long story short.. they offered to repair a tiny rock chip on the nose piece and now the car is covered w/overspray, the plastic nose piece was buffed while it was dirty removing all the gloss, there are swirls on the entire car from buffing it and NOT washing it first..... I am REALLY upset. This was all 3 weeks after I bought it. The manager's respone was " well I dont know what you expect.... " and then the classic... " you act as if you want a new paint job". Its a brand new car so I don't think I expecting too much other than it LOOKS new!!!!!

    thats just my .02.. any advice on this?

    Now you see, if you came by here more often you'd have discovered that a lot of us have a very low opinion of Hiley Mazda Hurst.

    Go back and rant and rave until they fix it, or tell them to trade it for one of the leftover '04s I'm sure they've still got. Then make yourself a promise never to visit Hiley Hurst again. You'll sleep better.

    Nice Miata, Kristen. Had you gone to Freeman, you would have had lots more choices. They have a bunch of MSMs.

    this is odd, i think I met you a couple years ago (give or take) at a vw gtg with lauren? it's been so long I cant remember too well. I havent heard from lauren in such a long time. When you talk to her tell her Charlie from vdubaddiction said hi. And also Hi to you to. I made my way over to the miata world. :)
