Same problem with BJ's car. I pulled the drain off and it wasn't clogged. Unfortunately it looks like I need to evacuate the system so I can pull the whole evaporator box out to look at it.
Apparently the condensation drain tube is clogged, so I've got all that condensate from evap core collecting and overflowing into the floor. Good times. Last night I tried to pull the tube off but couldn't budge it. As an added bonus, I managed to injure the shit out of my thumb in the process. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper...
So what's the trick to cleaning out the damn drain tube?

Can't you get to it from underneath the car and hit it with some compressed air?
I did this on the POSIV but the motor wasn't in the car at the time so not sure how hard it is to reach it with everything in place.
BTW. once I got the car running it would drip mud from the drain when I ran the A/C think my evaporator was loaded up...
From what I've read you will still need to get the drain hose detached, and then use either some flexible pipe cleaners and a shop vac. The shop vac needs to be modified to just fit over the hose.
Figure its the same for the rain rail drain tubes and rocker drains. They do stress not scratching up the hose.
I use to worry about money; but then realized I don't HAVE anything to worry about.
The main problem so far is getting the drain hose detached... ugh. I'm going to stick my hand back in a bucket of ice and stew on this for a while.

Finally managed to disconnect the hose, and it was clear. So I pulled it out of the tranny tunnel, hooked it back up to the box, and hit it with air - and that's when the floodgates opened! Dear GOD what an effing mess. Luckily I had a bowl to catch the runoff - which looks like almost a quart of sludgy water.
I'm calling it good enough. Now my hand is throbbing and I think my thumb might fall off.

I'm not looking forward to doing this.
Oh, well I've got two sevens, and two sevens beats a frush.
I think I just lucked out. I reached under the dash to see if I could feel where the hose attached to the evap box without removing anything, and found that the hose had simply come off the box. I stuck it back on, but if it is clogged it won't be hard to pull off again for cleaning.

Wel even though I found no obstruction in the hose on the 93LE, I tried POS's compressed air trick and promptly got a quart of water dumped on my head. The wife has driven it several times and has so far reported no more leaking.
Yeah my hose wasn't blocked. The crud was apparently backed up in the box.
At least you didn't get your hair wet.![]()
