This is a LONG course!!!! It's about 1.2 miles in length, and STR & CSP Miatas and MX-5s are in the 92-93 second range.

It's also HOT with only light and variable winds.

    Day 2 on Sunday!

It is a very long and involving course. Even with a few Cone Seas, it is a blast. It is fast, too! Good times.

You would have hated it, ken. Word is the STU boost buggies were crossing the finish line in 4th gear.

Wow, what a great time and two great courses!

I took a very happy third in STS behind kcoughlin and Todd Milstead, both sharing Kerry's 2010 National Championship winning CRX. I am also excited about my 15th PAX spot.

Congrats Jerrett. 8/10ths out of ~190 is damn close.

Thinking about what I will face in two weeks, Pedroza laid down some scary fast times in Minehart's STR car!

Saturday was GREAT, but FREAKING HOTTTTT....... Todd and I drove well, the CRX is really fast. Starting on Saturday we started to have what we thought was overheating problems so on Sunday after our first runs we decided not to run the car anymore since I needed to get home.. Thanks to Jarrett for letting Todd take his final 2 runs on Sunday in his car and Robert Helms from Houston for letting me take 2 runs in his car as well.. Autox is fun but people like this who offer there cars up make it GREAT..

Engine Diagnosis: Robert Helms told me about an issue on the 88 CRX Temp Gauge that makes it short out and bounce all over.. When I hit South Houston it shot up to full hot, pulled over, no issue. Started driving and it went back to normal, 5min later the gauge shot all over the place again, I hit the top of the dash board a few times and went back to normal... SO I guess there was not overheating issue but I am glad we did error on the side of caution..

Where are the pics going to be posted?

Jarrett you ran great, your raw time from Saturday and your fast time from Sunday!!! Good Job!!!! And your an OK corner worker!!

    Amazing FAST courses!

Roger Johnson laid out courses that just plain wore you out by the end of your run.

    It was Africa HOT too!

4 Runs on Saturday. 3 runs on Sunday so people could get out of the heat & on the road.

Round 2 in just two weeks!

Late fees go into effect on Monday July 26th!!

Congrats on the win in STX Brad! Watching the video from Day 1 I'm really asd I couldn't make it.

Big congrats to my buddy V for a solid win in B Stock in a car everyone else has written off as uncompetitive! Way to get it done!

What year NSX was it? Also it seems like it was a pretty high speed course, so if it was the 3.2+ motor I could definitely see it happening.

Wow, kind of surprised that generation of the NSX is in that class. I was thinking AS if not SS. Acceleration and braking numbers simliar or better than the Elise, I heard the gearing is kind of weird for auto-x though.
