On of my staff, single mom etc, had the sunroof on her Escape caved in. Can anyone recommend a automotive glass shop in the Arlington/FTW area that is reputable and responsive? She's getting 5 to 6 days responses.

Sunroof on my '97 civic was an easy DIY after some dickless wonder punched it out to take a $25 GPS... wound up picking one up from a junkyard off eBay for $45 shipped...

Some salvage yards offer installation. Might be a quicker turnaround than what she's getting from glass shops.
