Almost ready for paint. I have about everything I want pulled off to get into paint. The next pictures I post should be with my new color!

When taking the soft top off, I learned that I have holes in the roof. A bunch of holes. Ack. A couple seams have come apart. I guess I need a new roof. dangit.

Quite a first week! Excellent progress.

If you need to replace the rain rail, I've got a brand new one hanging on the wall in my garage.

    And we have color!

Here is with the base applied.

    and some clear...

Even got the little chrome parts added. I stuck them in the blast cabinet, then hit em with some 180 grit, used special metal primer and sprayed them, well see how long they last.

Twins! I plan to get the wheels done next week.

Nice work! You could probably barter that kind of work into some pretty sweet goodies for your GS.

Actually, 15 days and Im a little irked that it took so long. It should have been alot quicker, but customers cars come first. A customers car would have been done in much less time.

Yesterday while dyno tuning, we ran into an issue...

Just kidding, I got my state inspection done and they run it on an emissions dyno.

Anyway, while running it for emissions my radiator blew up. YES. BLEW UP! The hood was open and coolant sprayed all over the wall and soaked all those boxes infront of the car. We never did find the missing pieces of the radiator.

A couple hours later I had a new radiator and thermostat installed and ready for round two. I also learned that my electric fans werent coming on without the A/C on. So I ordered a new elec fan switch. arrrggg.... Fixing little issues is a pain! lol Almost there!

Love it. I've always liked the color scheme on the grand sport corvettes.

Greg, PM me with your contact info. I'm looking for a quality body shop to maybe do some work on my '94.
