Default Clutch master cylinder replacement help

Just replaced my clutch master cylinder and for the life of me cannot get the fuckin thing to bleed. Tried the two person pump up and release didn't work tried applying vacuum to bleeder screw, pressure to the resioviour and no joy there either. The master cylinder is working we were able to pump pressure with the line removed and output plugged.

    So any ideas??

I'm guessing you aren't getting any resistance to the clutch pedal when everything is hooked up. Is there any possibiltiy that the slave cylinder is stuck? Or perhaps the line from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder is plugged. Just a guess.

Slave Cylinder is brand new. The line is empty though and there isn't enough volume displaced by the master cylinder to get the fluid up the line. It's all uphill from the master cylinder.

Is there any chance that you could temporarily push a neoprene hose over the master-cylinder end of the hydralic line and fill the line with fluid? And then connect the line to the master cylinder? (Use lots of rags, you sure don't want any fluid on the paint!)

We just got it. My brother works with horses a lot and we got an old syringe very large one about double the size of a roll of quarters and hooked it to the line and drew some serious vacuum on it while someone pumped the pedal. All is well now and the clutch feels better than it ever has before.

Glad you got it bled. Did you happen to bench bleed the master before installing? I did both times I've done the master in my car and I got the system bled within 15 minutes both times.

Bench bled?? I pumped fluid into it before hooking up the main line.
