Good thing storage is cheap. Have to imagine the file sizes would be huge.
If you're addicted to cold turkey how do you stop?

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

The article claims it can handle 9.5fps continuous shooting... but I'd be interested to see what storage media could handle that much throughput...

Wouldn't ever really have to worry about forgetting to zoom in enough. You would be able to crop it and it would still be crystal clear.

My 30D is only 8.2 mp and the raw files are about 6.7 mb. At that rate, 120 mp raw file will be about 98 mb.

You'd really want a good lens with a big aperture of glass in front of that sensor. Megapixels are getting so cheap that the defining thing in consumer cameras is the lens now.

I'd rather see 1/3 that number of pixels and have more dynamic range. The cheese ball cameras on cell phones have 3 megapixels or more and still take crappy pictures. Once over about 5 megapixel on a slr, adding more of pixels don't really mater, until you start enlarging over 11x17. Interesting read here between a $150 dollar 5 mp camera and a $5000 12.7 mp camera. http://www.kenrockwell.com/tech/150-...lar-camera.htm
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...
