Swapping rollbars worth it?

Im thinking about pulling the hardcore rollbar out of the '91 and putting it in the '99 that has a sport bar (they're both M2 bars). The PO had a hardcore bar in the '99 so it should just drop in... I'd then just sell the sport bar separate.

Is it worth the trouble of doing this for an extra 1.25" of headroom and the extra strength of the bar? I've never installed or uninstalled a bar before so I do t know what I'd be getting myself into...

I moved a bar from my Miata to my wife's Miata, and then installed a new bar in mine. It was a lot of work but worth it for me. Remember, if you are not going to put a bar back in to the '91, you will be hunting down some interior bits and pieces to replace those cut for the rollbar.
