Thumbs up Why I will continue to buy Samsung Products

At some point several years ago, I got hooked on Samsung products. I currently have a DLP TV, 2 LCD TVs, 2 DVD players, and an LCD computer monitor, all Samsung. None have ever given me any problems... until today.

My 2+ year old 46" LCD TV stopped working, just giving me never ending clicking when the power is turned one. Even though it is over a year out of warranty, I decided to give Samsung a call to see what they have to say. I was talking to a human with in 60 seconds, and had a free in-home repair scheduled less than 5 minutes after picking up the phone. They never even asked how long I had owned the TV. I think I will stick with Samsung.

I'm with you on Samsung... my folks and I both have 42" plasma TVs, and I liked my mom's color laser all-in-one so much that I bought one for myself. The TVs are just plain awesome, especially when you factor in bang-for-the-buck. My mom recently had a problem with her printer, but she had a similarly good customer service experience. They diagnosed the problem as an easy-to-replace $21 part, which they shipped out the same day for next-day delivery. The fix was so straightforward that she was able to swap the piece and have the printer back online in 15 minutes.

I've had my 30" Samsung HD flat screen tube for about 4-5 years now and haven't had any issues. I've never had any problems with any of their other products either.

My old Samsung A900 lasted almost 5 years before the "got to get a new phone" bug finally got me.

Samsung has been top on my TV wish list.

I have had terrible luck with two Samsung DVD players.

It is probably worth noting that I do not buy high-end electronics, and the two players I referenced fall into suit. Maybe if I didn't buy the "budget" models, I would have a higher opinion of the brand.

We've always had good luck with Samsung products. I had two of their smartphones over the course of several years, we've got one of their 40" LCD TVs in the living room (going on it's 5th year), and we bought one of their high end dishwashers when ours died earlier this year.

When the time comes to upgrade the old Sony HDTV upstairs, it will be with a Samsung.

I have a ~2 year old Samsung LCD TV that is incredible - as odd as it is to say, it's just a sexy looking TV. Pretty much always get a Samsung phone if I can. We've been looking at 50"+ TVs lately, and I'm torn between the largest Samsung or biting the bullet and getting the 72" Mitsubishi...As much as I want to stay loyal, 72" of HD movies is hard to beat...

I made the mistake of buying an LG home theater in a box at the same time as my TV...I will never buy another LG product again. I'll never buy a theater in a box again either, but that's a different subject.
