Thread: Must have a clean car to compete?

Default Must have a clean car to compete?

This is under section 5.6 of the SCCA Solo Rule Book:

    D. Ensure that the appearance of each automobile is neat and clean.
Automobiles that are not presentable will not be allowed to compete.
Interesting. Has anyone been turned away?

    A clean car's a happy car. A happy car's a fast car.

Hmmm... I think J Fo. and Jon might be able to use that against Wortham's car.

That's my girlfriend's car. It's usually a daily-driver and dirt road beater. But, when that autocross came up, she didn't have anything else to drive.

I know she whipped up on a 2005 STI with Bridgestones and KW shocks/springs at that event.
