I helped remove this fence and can testify that it is in excellent condition.
6' tall Fiberglass privacy fence
I just took down around 35' of 6' tall fiberglass privacy fence (44" wide gate w/metal frame included in that). It mounts by riveting it using standard metal posts and brackets. Since it's fiberglass it will practically last forever.
I called the manufacturer this morning (http://www.fiberfence.com) and was told the material cost for this fence is approx. $30 a running foot which comes out to around $1000.
Asking $400 and can possibly deliver. Here's a picture with it in the background.
