Do I have a stuck thermostat?

When its cold outside my car basically never warms up on the way to work. I drive almost all highway to work. Does this suggest that my thermostat is stuck open?

yup... or no thermostat as I found on my old 90 when I went to replace it..... *facepalm*

Put in a new one yesterday. The old one was definitely stuck open.
