Well already purchased a set of tire rack wheels, next up will be shocks, lower seat bracket (to tide me over til I can afford buckets), and a front sway bar.

The car also got a new roof, and I will need to buy paint for the wheels.

Then, if everything works out a new front subframe, motor mounts, and delrin bushings. Hopefully, during the year, I can add a header, DPT tune, and fresh valve springs.

I wish... Won't be in the market for another year, should have the NC paid off by then.
Let me know if you wanna get rid of those RPF1's, though

They are a +35mm offset. Would be a tough fit on an NC unless you pulled the fenders or are a hardparker.

Make it out to more than one track event a year and you might be surprised how quickly your plastic kit car shits parts as well.

My new years resolution is to drive it more and work on it less. I still need to remove that crappy security system though.

    On the to-do list:
    • New wheels
    • New tires
    • Inspect belts & maybe replace
    • Fix small oil leak (valve cover gasket I think/hope)
    • Troubleshoot/fix EGR tube leak
    • Troubleshoot/fix cooling problem
    • Figure out the best way to spend any left over money.

New wheels arrived yesterday. Everything is still needs to be done/ordered/picked up.

Installed FCM suspension last summer, still utilizing the OEM wheels. I did this bass-ackwards, as I was debating on 8" vs 9" 6UL wheels. I finally ordered the 9s earlier this week. I sure hope they don't stop producing the Ventus R-S3 in 225/45/15.

If all goes as planned, this is the last year as a daily driver for the MX-5 and it will be a trailer queen in 2012. I'm working with MER on a couple of things in the interim. STR is seriously tempting and more fiscally responsible (except for the cost of bodywork to get my fenders "legal"), but I'm addicted to the crack that is Hoosier so I'll be staying in CSP.

Putting the thing back together and hopefully driving it before I can claim it's been apart for another full year (so I have till April). Also planning on installing all the parts I've had sitting since about 2005. I told myself that if I don't install whatever parts by June this year I'm selling whatever it is. Same with all my "spares" that I insisted on keeping despite knowing I would never need/use them.

I had my security system removed last year and no more problems. I should have done this years ago.
