Take a look at the slave cylinder... Look at how it is engaging the fork.
Have someone else push the clutch pedal... if it barely moves then replace the master cylinder. If it moves normally then replace the fork.

left work yesterday, put it in reverse, baaarrrrely let off the clu....- kachunk its enguaged *WTF?* its been like that ever since.
bled the clutch today, its pretty bad...... no help
changed the CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER tonight... its a fraction off the floor now before engagement, an improvement, but its not the same.
last time it was the shfter fork that slowly broke.
i hope i dont have to rip out the tranny again for that fix. one, i dont have a spare tranny (or know anyone with an extra shift fork), and two, its just a pain!
oh yeah theres an fm clutch happy meal on the car with the ACT XTREME pressure plate. i also reached in the tranny along the shifter fork and felt nothing abnormal *as far as i can reach* ill check the old broke one again... *SIGH*
