    This is the one I use. Works great at the track. For a little more then the cost of the puck you could get it all. I know the seller. Good guys.

    I have not used anything like this and know nothing about this type of thing. Just a stupid question. Isn't the IPhone and Android apps replacing this type of devices?

    You could but the iphone and droid only have a 1hz sample rate. You can find a wifi GPS puck or jail break your iphone and run BTstack to get bluetooth working. For me it is easier to have a setup for lap timing. Plus I like MaxQData for overlaying AX runs to see where I went faster.
