Interesting that less an a quarter of the cars are BMWs.
M3 is always the answer.
Good event Ken. As always BMW courses are fun and fast!
Smooth event like usual for BMW. Very fast course and lots of fun.
Awesome event and a really great course! One of the best courses I can remember running at the bus lot. Great flow, and the back section really challenged you to hang it out at speed.
Congrats to CosmosMPower for taking FTD in the supercharged Elise. and congrats to Nathan W. for the win in Y class!
Big thanks to ozmdd for the co-drive this season. We've got the STR car working pretty well at the moment. Looking forward to the Houston Tour in two weeks!

Fun event, want to say thanks to ken o for working his ass off this weekend with the school on Sat and the event on Sunday. I think everyone had a great time at both events so thanks for putting it together.

That was some seriously good driving by the X, Y, Z class winners! I was pretty bummed that I couldn't manage to beat Altian for fastest street tire car at the event.
Ken really worked hard this weekend and we really appreciate it! I really loved the course. I'm sorting through my photos and I'll try to post them up soon.

Agreed that KenO really put together a terrific weekend of autox. He did a ton of work to make this happen, so cut him some slack when he goes back to his normal grumpy, lazy self in the future.
The school was a big success, with a lot of new faces to the autox scene and many positive comments about the instructing. Also saw quite a few drivers with previous experience who made some big improvements. I sure hope the Viper becomes a regular at local events; the car was awesome and the guy really drove it well.
While I'm thrilled that Iain was able to drive my car to a street tire FTD, he did beat me by about 8/10ths, so I'm going to be in the market for a slower codriver...
Thomas set the bar for us in the AM that forced us to get faster in the afternoon. Seriously, congrats on the win Iain, and big props to Cosmos for harnessing the Lotus in the afternoon runs. The J-Fo-mobile is crazy-fast!

As always with BMW events things ran smoothly and the course was very fun. Really helped me build some confidence in the cars' transitional abilities.
Not to mention having to do a 3-2 downshift in an autox without me blowing up the transmission was a good and new experience as well.
I think Ken O deserves a big round of applause for putting together this whole weekend. The school ran smoothly with all the students having a good time, and then with the event the next day it was a lot of effort.
I still just can't believe how much better the new car is over the old one. I am still leaving a lot on the table, but the time gaps to other cars/drivers it is running are already about the same as what the GTI could do at 9/10s to 10/10s. I can't wait for more seat time.
Thanks for the complements. The help of the instructors was key to making it work on Saturday. JRJ512 did a great job on Sunday's course and the weather was MUCH better.
Didn't get my fastest run on video, battery died.
