Looking for THIS gasket (see pics)

In the middle of a water pump, timing belt, change.
Need to replace this gasket, can anyone help me find it?

At AutoZone - Victor Reinz/Thermostat Gasket. $1.99 (Special Order - CRAP!!)
Guess I'll have to swing by Town North Mazda
