Thread: Extended wheels studs, anyone?

    Default Extended wheels studs, anyone?

Who here runs extended wheels studs? Any benefit to using them other than increased wheel fitment options? They don't seem to be any sturdier than stock.

Asking since I'm going to 15x9" wheels at the track, and I've managed to break two OEM wheel studs at previous track events. I now carry OEM spares, but wonder if extended studs would prove beneficial. No sense spending $100 for nothing...

    TIA.

If they are stronger or if you need to run spacers. If not, no need.
    M3 is always the answer.
