Default Great weekend in the garage with the Yeller 90

Me and my 12 year old son changed all the hoses, belts, new timing belt, idlers, water pump, new fuel filter and had a memorable moment to boot!!! My Miata is living up to what I hoped it would be, a bonding experience-Priceless~~

Your son is blessed to have a Dad that will take the time. Keep it up!

That's awesome. I've got a 16 month old son that I can't wait to do this kind of stuff with :). I hope he likes cars...

    Very cool Yeller90!

If he stays interested in cars it gets even cooler when they can also start driving the Miata!

Having my wife help me pull at a part at the salvage yard was great.

No kids to help with the car, so I tried using the cats. They just pooped in the intake. Damn cats.

Sadly, they don't all appreciate it. My kid would rather work on and ride his scooter. :/

At least he's not wanting to shop for clothes. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

My 8 yo is my second set of hands..he loves the miata! I couldn't have put in the new heater core without him!! Fantastic daddy son time..when I take a beer break that's when he takes a water break and heads out to play on that scooter of his!

Well you do have that annoying personality that makes most people want to stay away from you.

Also last year my daughter and I ran a bunch of SCCA Rally's she was my navigator! Good times good good time! We are going to switch and she will be the driver this season!
