Who does cut vinyl stickers?

I need a very small run of some cut vinyl stickers with some small lettering that's a PITA to pick out. Any recommendations? Need to be completed before the 20th. I have line art already completed.

I used Izoom before good stuff but if you opt for the the glue version it doesn't last too long especially if it gets a little bit dirty. I think he does static cling ones too.
