Check fuel and check spark. If you don't get spark...
My '95 m just died goin down the road yesterday and now it wont start, cranks but wont start. Here's what I've done so far.
-check battery it fine
-has gas in it
-jumped diagnostic connected to check fuel pump
-pulled codes has CKP code and O2 sensor rich/lean code
Here's where it got interesting I went to check the CKP and its not even hooked up? How is this possible? How has my car been running for the last 6 months with NO crank position sensor?
-checked timing belt and its good
I still have to check spark but im mostly wondering how I've been running without a CKP if you guys have any ideas please let me know. Also the car never had a CEL before.

How did you check the timing belt? It could have jumped some teeth and be way out of time.
Do you mean the CAS (Cam angle sensor)? The one on the back of the head as I don't think they started puting CKP sensors on unitl 96.

Thanks guys but I found the problem the hold down screw for the cam sensor came loose sensor started backing out. Now I just gotta remove the coils and tighten it up. And yes the timing could have jumped I just looked to see if the cam was spinning through the oil fill cap to make sure the belt didn't break.
