WOW, that is really surprising I kind'a figured they were already being built or starting shortly. Sorry Merv, I'm sure you are really looking forward to getting it!
Just got the latest (and NOT so greatest) info on the MazdaSpeed6
Since I have a vested interest, I sadly report that "Merv, Larry just spoke to Kyle at Mazda to get an update on the MS6. Looks like they will not be built until June.

If you are not living on the edge ...
you're taking up too much space!
I also am surprised by that information. I'd love to own one of those, esp if I had my MSM that I could take to the track.

Just a WAG, but perhaps the fire did cause it, albeit in direct. We have heard that the fire caused Mazda to cut the 2005 MX-5 production short, and to re-tool for the 2006 sooner then planned. With less 2005 stock (I know there is still a ton out there) and the new MX-5 being ready early, it is conceivable that it could show up at dealerships at the beginning of summer. With the MX-5 making a splash, they would want to push back the MS6 so as not to interfere. Again, just a WAG.Originally Posted by MadMerv
