Hey everyone. I'd like to get a semi big meet/photo shoot together in Dallas. I've never planned any events, so I'd love some help. I do ameature photography, but if anyone wants to bring their camera feel free. I'd like to set it for next month, or the end of this month. Let me know if you're in, or want to help out

Awesome. If anyone would like to help me out a bit with the planning. I would like to do it on a week day that I have off, but I can see about a Saturday, or Sunday if necessary. I'd like to get some good shots on the top of a parking garage. or lined up on a street, but that'll be later on when I scope out the area. If anyone knows anywhere that would produce a great shot I'd love to know.

A friend of mine shot my G8 in Prosper. There are some cool old grain silo's that make a good backdrop.

Those are great shots. I just talked to a guy with a MS6 in my neighborhood and he said he's in, and could hook us up with some MS3's and cool Mazas for the shoot. I would love to see a lineup of every MazdaSpeed model.

Okay everyone. I have a bit of an update. The meet will most likely be on a Sunday in September. I have some friends coming out to join in the fun. (Some muscle cars as well. Corvette, Mustang GT, Camaro.) Please feel free to invite anyone you want. This is going to be a get together of gearheads, and track rats for a photoshoot, and a good reason to shoot the shit.

Okay, so I have another little update for everyone. I'm planning on a Sunday in September for sure. I'm just waiting on my boss to pick the exact date he'd let me have off. I'd like to get together for food to discuss the areas we will be going to, and to get an initial meet, and greet going. Feel free to bring anyone who would like to join. I've also been to downtown Dallas recently, and I learned two things. #1. There are a lot of great backgrounds for the shots I'd like to take, and #2. I have no clue how to navigate this place. So, I'm going back here in a few days to look some more. I have 2 places so far I'm pretty sure we could get into without issues, but I need to find more.
