I've never been impressed with Autozones house brand of "Duralast".
Call around to some junkyards or post up on here that you want some CV axles for your miata. You should be able to find some good used ones that way.
What year is your car?
My cv boots are all tore on my NA and was wondering if it would be better to rebuild stock axles ($60/axle) or just replace them with autozone axles ($90/axle with core exchange)
I didnt have good luck with autozone axles on my slammed VW MK2 so i'm hesitant to do autozone axles

I think I have a set of 1.6 axles sitting in Rick's garage. Be happy to sell them to ya.

I would be more concerned whether or not you can get the axles delegated from your rear bearing. You may start taking out apart just to find out you need to buy new spindles too...gl
Btw gary at tdr should have some 1.6 axles and spindles from the lemon car foe sale
Blah blah blah!
