Wow! 2:40 is moving! Very nice.Sorry you'll miss Hallett. If I weren't doing Hallett I woulda been to the 3.1 last weekend. It's my favorite layout.
I think I was the only one out there this weekend - but here's some video to whet everyone's appetite for Hallett next weekend. (I'm not attending due to time/distance and not wanting to tow 5 hours to test a new ECU install). Nearly 6 seconds off my prior best.
I'll try to get a screen cap of accelleration and linear G plots with old power and new power to show the difference.
Chris

Yeah, that 2:40 was fast as hell. Data showed that I was only 0.12 seconds off theoretical best for the session. Probably the best lap I've ever run.
I was running 42's with a mistake here or there and 43's on clean laps with a passenger in the car. Spent the entire check ride on Sunday dicing it out with another 1.6 SM car, and we swapped lead follow a few times but couldn't drop one another. Also caught a couple of 1.8 SM's during the final session on Sunday, but the video was bugged (sun/heat on the data recorder I think).
Good times.
Very nice Chris. The 3.1 is far from easy (for me anyways).
