    Default Alternator Bolt Emergency

I was coming home from UTA and I heard what I hoped was road debris bouncing under my car. I get home and go to pull in my driveway and the belts are squealing. CRAP. Pop the hood and the lower alternator bolt had fallen out. I call Brice at Alamo to see if he has one and he calls me back saying he found one. Then he asks if i have a jack? I said I don't, and asked why? He was on his way right now to fix it. It's already 9pm, and he's driving to my house to put in a new bolt (with an extra nut and locking washer) so I can get to work in the morning.

Wealth, power, and experience are apparently not enough to save us from social influences. Groupthink, as described by I.L.Janis, is the tendency for group members to reach a consensus opinion, even if that decision is downright stupid (Janis 1982).

I'd say you owe him a big ass beer!

And visit harbor freight with a coupon and get a nice jack!

My bolt is missing.. I thought I would tighten the v-belt because it was squealing. No can do,,,, bolt gone. How, where can I find the correct bolt to replace my missing one?
