I really want to get the full intake kit from Flyin Miata. I'd appreciate any input. If im honest I really just want a BOV B)

I would see about talking to Gary from Track Dog Racing. Maybe try to get Shawn aka Magma to let you see what gary has done to his car.

I have the FM intake, and it sounds good, nice bit of extra power (dyno'd 167 rwhp with just the intake at ~9psi) BEGi also offers a full intake for the MSM as well. TDR did a custom intercooler/intake for Shawn which looks beautiful, but I've talked to Gary and he said he would never make one again

I did a pretty big upgrade with BEGI and am happy with the results. My car really rewards aggressive driving. When this car can breath its a whole new animal.

So the new question is BEGI, or FM?

The FM kit is about $60 cheaper and comes with the O2 signal modifier, but doesn't come with the cool air box that the BEGi kit comes with. Both produce around the same power and give you a much louder "BOV" sound despite them using factory recirculating type valves. Also since we are in Texas and so is BEGi, so you will have shipping and taxes if cost is a big factor in your decision. Since you are in the Garland/Rowlett area, I'd be willing to show you the FM kit on my car (I'm in Garland off of I-30)

I have the BEGi kit. I went down to San Antonio and had them do the install for me. If we can come up with a time for the three of us I will come out too and JRR can look at both kits. BigD I met you at Cars and Coffee a few months ago. I would like to get more info on your Vmax Coilovers anyway. I am in far north Frisco BTW.

I would like to see them. Just message me sometime, and maybe after this week I could come look at the cars. Don't be alarmed when I'm just a "kid" haha.
